Occupancy tax + additional council tax from 01/01 to 31/12/2026 (decree dated 25/10/2010)

•  Person 18 yrs old and over: 0,66€/pers/day
•  Person aged between 13 and 15 yrs old: exonerated
•  Child under 13 yrs old: exonerated

• Short stay rental is possible for minimum 2 nights, weekends and midweek in May, June, beginning of July to mid-July, end of August and September : contact us for availability and arrival/departure times.
• You can choose your arrival and departure day in May, June, beginning of July and mid-July, end of August and September. Contact us for arrival and departure times in low season.

•  Arrival on Saturday in the high season (July/August) for the hire of mobile homes or chalets :
• Between 4 pm and 8 pm maximum.
• Please contact us in the event of late arrival please phone before 8pm : + 33 2 98 57 00 55.
•  Departure on Saturday in the high season (July/August) : between 8 am and 10 am maximum.
•  If you wish to leave earlier than expected, please inform us at the reception during the week.
•  
•  Deposit : On your arrival to the campsite, 400€ deposit for the accommodation and cleaning fees deposit (from 85€ to 100€; the price varies according to the typology of the accommodation) will be required. Those deposits will not be cashed but will be given back to you on your departure following an inventory check, or sent to you by post the following week if you choose to leave before 8 a.m. on the departure day.

•  Each holiday home includes kitchen equipment, tableware and bedding except sheets (hire of sheets on site, booking in advance on : tel n°+ 33 2 98 57 00 55), pillow cases and household linen. The fridge and garden furniture are also provided. Barbecue and parasol on site.
• *Hire of sheets for 1 person: 11€/week (booking required) *Hire of sheets for 2 people: 22€/week (booking required)
•  Hire of sheets for 4 people : 44€/week (booking required)
•  Hire of sheets for 5 people : 55€/week (booking required)
•  Hire of sheets for 6 people : 66€/week (booking required)
•  Cleaning fees (booking required): From 85€ to 100€ The price varies according to the typology of mobile-home or chalet. Please inform us at the campsite office on your arrival or during the week.

• Only small animals (15 kgs max) are permitted in the holiday homes: 1 animal only per unit. 
• Animal (15kgs max) (dog or cat): 5€ fee/animal per day. Valid vaccination certificate for animals is compulsory and is to be shown on your arrival. Please bring your animal's baskets and blankets during your holidays in the campsite's accommodations. Cleaning fees can be added to your stay. Please book it on your arrival.
• Extra person (adult or child): extra 10% of the cost of hire per adult or child. Please inform us of any extra people before your arrival at the campsite.
• Extra car: 4 € per day.
